Directions to Yoga Montclair

We have a great location in Upper Montclair in Essex County, NJ, convenient to Verona, Clifton, Cedar Grove, Glen Ridge, Bloomfield, Paterson, and Newark, and easily accessible from Route 3, 46, 80, 280 and the Garden State Parkway.

From Route 3 West ~ Take the last exit on Route 3 at Valley Road. Go across Valley Road in order to turn South toward MONTCLAIR. Go approx 2 miles until you are in the middle of Upper Montclair Village. You will pass MOBIL at the first light, and St. James Church at the second light. About 1/8 of a mile after the 2nd light look for Talbot's on the right. Turn into the parking lot behind Talbot's. Entrance is in the back parking lot. We are visible from the parking lot in our new store-front location next to Hybrids Floral design.

From Route 3 East ~ Take the Valley Road Exit for Montclair. The exit is a little strange. Make a quick right and immediately swing left down the hill to get to Valley Road. Go approx 2 miles until you are in the middle of Upper Montclair Village. You will pass MOBIL at the first light, and St. James Church at the second light. Garden State Pkwy from South ~ Take Exit 151, Watchung Avenue. Make a left at the light onto Watchung. Go all the way across Watchung, through 6 lights until you come under a RR bridge at Watchung Plaza. Make a right to continue on Watchung for 1/4 mile until the next light which is Valley Road. Make a right onto Valley Road. Go 1/2 mile up until you see CVS on the right. Across from CVS you will see Starbucks and Talbot's. Turn left into the alley between Starbucks and Talbot's. Park and enter 51 Upper Montclair Plaza from the rear. We are visible from the parking lot in our new store-front location next to Hybrids Floral design.

Garden State Parkway from North ~ Take exit 151 Watchung Ave. Make a right onto Watchung. Go all the way across Watchung, through 5 lights until you come under a RR bridge at Watchung Plaza. Make a right to continue on Watchung for _ mile until the next light, at Valley Road. Make a right onto Valley Road. Go _ mile up until you see CVS on the right. Across from CVS you will see Starbucks and Talbot's. Turn left into the alley between Starbucks and Talbot's. Park and enter 51 Upper Montclair Plaza from the rear. From Bloomfield Ave in Downtown Montclair~ Take Valley Road north 2 miles to Upper Montclair Village. You will pass the A&P, and then come to see CVS on the right. Across from CVS you will see Starbucks and Talbot's. Turn left into the alley between Starbucks and Talbot's. Park and enter 51 Upper Montclair Plaza from the rear. From Cedar Grove ~ From Rte. 23 take Bradford Ave. east (at the Exxon Station) over the hill to Upper Montclair. At the end of Bradford, make a right onto Upper Mountain Ave. The make the first left onto Bellevue Ave. You will then some cross train tracks and see a movie theatre on the right. Immediately after the movie theatre take a right into the back parking lot of Upper Montclair Plaza. Toward the end of the parking lot you will see 51 Upper Montclair Plaza on the left. We are visible from the parking lot in our new storefront location next to Hybrids Floral design.

From Route 280 ~ Take Prospect Ave. Exit and go north toward Verona, Cedar Grove. Keep going up Prospect which becomes Route 23 the Pompton Newark Turnpike. You will cross straight through Bloomfield Ave. Continue on Rte 23 until you get to Cedar Grove and see a CVS Shopping center on the right at Bradford Ave. Make a right onto Bradford. At the and of Bradford, make a right onto Upper Mountain Ave. The make the first left onto Bellevue Ave. You will then cross some train tracks and see a movie theatre on the right. Immediately after the movie theatre take a right into the back parking lot of Upper Montclair Plaza. Directions from NY to Yoga Montclair

From Lincoln Tunnel ~ Start out by going west on the Lincoln Tunnel/EXPY/I-495. When you exit the Tunnel continue straight ahead bearing slightly left with the road. Get to your Right lane and take the RT-3 West Express exit toward Meadowlands Sports Complex/Garden State Parkway/ Clifton. Merge onto NJ-3 W. Continue straight as Rt-3 will merge directly into RT-46W, stay in your right lane as you merge. Immediately you will have to make the first quick exit onto Valley Rd - At the end of the exit you make a Right onto Valley Rd- to just make a quick left (u-turn) to head south and into Upper Montclair. Take Valley Rd into Upper Montclair , you will pass through 4 lights, as you pass through the fourth light (Bellevue Ave) keep your eyes out for Talbot's and Starbucks on your right hand side, it will be very quick. In between Starbucks and Talbot's there is a driveway that leads you to parking. We are visible from the parking lot in our new store-front location next to Hybrids Floral design.

From George Washington Bridge ~ Start out going west on the George Washington Bridge, heading into NJ. As you exit bridge continue on RT-80 West. Take the Clifton RT-19/downtown Paterson Exit. This exit split into two exits - so bear to the left towards Clifton Rt-19. Stay in the right lane and take the first quick exit. At the stop make a Right onto Valley Rd. You will go through six lights. After you have gone through the sixth light ( Bellevue Ave.) keep your eyes out for Talbot's and Starbucks on your left hand side, it will be very quick. In between Starbucks and Talbot's there is a driveway that leads you to parking. We are visible from the parking lot in our new store-front location next to Hybrids Floral design. From Decamp Bus Lines ~ Leaving from Port Authority Bus Terminal, Take the Decamp Bus Line RT-66R to Upper Montclair/Bellevue Plaza which will leave you at the intersection of Bellevue Ave and Valley Rd. As you exit the bus, look across the street for the Bellevue Movie Theatre, to the left of it will be an entrance to a big parking lot- Walk all the way to the opposite end of the parking lot. From NJ Transit Train ~ Leaving from Penn Station- Take NJ Transit: Montclair/Boonton Line Get off at the Upper Montclair Stop. You will be left on Bellevue Avenue. Look for the Bellevue Movie Theatre, to the left of it will be an entrance to a big parking lot- Walk all the way to the opposite end of the parking lot.
